This original acrylic painting by artist David Sandell shows the Hull trawler St. Crispin, H399, in a following sea. Built at Beverley, East Yorkshire, in 1946 for the West Hartlepool Steam Navigation Company Ltd of Hull, she was sold to J. Marr & Sons Ltd, Hull in 1951. St. Crispin was then renamed Junella, becoming the Farnella in 1962 and finally scrapped in 1965.
